RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

HydroLuxe systems are water filtration and ionisation devices intended for general household use.

HydroLuxe complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Once installed or used, systems are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind or preference.

Faults & Remedies

Remedies are available only where a system has a verified technical or manufacturing fault as defined under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a qualifying fault is confirmed, HydroLuxe will, at its discretion, repair the system, replace faulty components, or replace the unit.

Exclusions

Issues unrelated to the technical performance of the system are not covered.

HydroLuxe systems are not medical devices and no health outcomes are guaranteed.

Inspection

All claims require technical inspection.

No remedy will be provided unless a qualifying fault is identified.

Acceptance

Installation or use constitutes acceptance of the system as fit for purpose unless a verified fault exists.

Claims Process

All claims must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and Australian Consumer Law.
